Kevin Lee Mentorship Application

Kevin Lee Weddings is seeking to train and mentor qualified and experienced professionals.

Ten (10) candidates will be selected to learn directly from Kevin Lee on a variety of topics and then host hands-on, educational workshops alongside Kevin Lee to a local class near you.

Qualified participants must:

  • currently teach or have a desire to teach continuing education/career training to adult learners
  • have formal training in the area of wedding and social event planning
  • planned weddings and social events within the last 12 months
  • currently work in the wedding/event planning industry
  • have a business license and business insurance


Once trained by Mr. Lee, candidates will host live broadcasts to their classroom and assist Mr Lee with teaching hands-on portions of the educational workshops.

Subjects are to be determined by selected candidates, Lovegevity's Education Committee, and Mr. Lee. Workshops will fall within the subject matter of events, event design, event business, event marketing, wedding & social event planning with a hands-on component of design.

  • Draping 
  • Designing a table
  • Lighting and new lighting technology
  • Timelines and budgets
  • Getting the best photos – a workshop on doing a photo shoot and getting your picture taken
  • Centerpiece and Statement piece Installations
  • Fashion including Gowns and Formal wear
  • Wall Design, Covering or Transforming Spaces
  • Ceiling Scapes
  • Color Coordination
  • Rehearsals
  • Venue Relationships
  • Interviewing vendors
  • Trends and Technology
  • Etiquette, Netiquette, and Graciousness
