Have you ever wanted to get out on a week night and go have some fun? Well you can have that opportunity by coming to the Grand Opening of Sinclair Events. On a warm night in June you will be able to sip some wine, eat great food and be surrounded by friends and new acquaintances.
Guests will receive invitations to the Grand Opening party with hand written envelopes to add that personal touch. This night will be promoted as a fun night to dress up and meet new people and give back to the Ronald McDonald House.
As guests arrive they will be ushered into the tasting room where they will have wine tastings as well as a welcome drink waiting for them. The evening will move into the ballroom and the back veranda that will be decorated with twinkling lights. Inside the ball room there will be food stations as well as heavy hors d’oeuvres. Cocktail tables will be set up with gold centerpieces and light pink flowers with eucalyptus accents. The tables will be covered in an ivory tablecloth with eucalyptus tied around the base. The evening will continue with DJ and dancing. Dessert will be put out which is a make your own donut bar. This is an interactive feature that will let guests get involved.
Throughout the evening vendors that are represented at the event will have the option to put together gift baskets that will be raffled off with proceeds going to the charity of the night. The night will commence with a lantern send off and again all proceeds from the lantern sales will go to the Ronal McDonald House.
This evening will be a great way to get my brand and image out into the public eye. Guests will be able to see how I plan and execute and event and I will be able to network with those potential clients that are there. I will have business cards to pass out, but my main marketing will be done after the event with thank you cards, follow up phone calls and meetings over coffee. That way I will be able to talk with people one on one.
