Hello everyone, my name is Abigail Robison. I am from Amarillo, Texas and am currently interning with a wedding designer here in town. Before I knew I wanted to be a wedding planner I had went to college for 3 years to become a nurse, but was never truly in love with it, and that is whenever I figured out that my true calling was wedding planning. My plans are to finish this course and continue on with my internship to learn all that I can so that one day I can start my own business. This project really challenged me, because I have never thought of trying to come up with a "fake" wedding, but plan it with real vendors from around town. I think that this project will really help me in the long run, because I now know almost every vendor and how to contact them if need be. In my project I created a wedding for a young couple who wanted to get married in a old modern warehouse and turn it into a garden. I did all light colors and really blended them into the warehouse feel. I had so much fun with this project and really wish that this was a real wedding that I could get to do.
Attire- For attire I chose a picture of a dress that I truly found beautiful, and some shoes, hair, and make-up to go along with it for the bride. For the bridesmaids I chose a light pink off the shoulder flowing dress that would look perfect with the garden theme. For the groom and groomsmen I chose a navy blue tux, pink bow tie, and brown dress shoes.
Accessories- That I didn't go into as much detail because it really depends on the bride, but I did choose some shoes that I thought were beautiful

Atmosphere- I did completely different slides for what I thought would look best at the ceremony, and reception. I also did a slide for the flowers.
Appetite- I talked about who I would use for the catering and what type of food it would be
